Cawley Chicago’s Principal, Joshua Hearne, SIOR helped facilitate client, Neo Zone Inc in executing a long-term lease at Shorewood’s Heartland Corporate Center, a submarket of Joliet, IL. Not too long ago, Hearne placed his client in a 50,000 square foot facility and they have since grown to over 200,000 square feet of industrial space. The building located at 21450 Frontage Road is owned by Clarion Partners. “I was very pleased with Clarion Partners response time and creativity to structure the deal for my client,” says Hearne. Neo Zone Inc will take occupancy in early October 2021.
