Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Mosinee Apartments, a 24-unit apartment property located in Mosinee, Wisconsin. The property sold for $2.35 million, or $97,917 per unit.
Daniel Bowar, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Seehafer Apartments, and procured the buyer, Koble Investments.
The property features two 12-unit apartment buildings at 1212-1214 Mosinee Ave., with a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans. The 24,168-square-foot property was built in 1975 and completely remodeled in 2024 with a new roof, flooring, cabinetry and plumbing.
