CB Richard Ellis recently brokered the lease of 5,000-plus square feet in the One Financial Place building in Middleton, Wis.
Specialty investment firm B.C. Ziegler & Co. is the new tenant.
Brian Wolff, vice president of CB Richard Ellis-Madison arranged the transaction.
“Ziegler’s move to this iconic building will provide them with the ease of access needed by their customers along with providing a quality work environment for their employees,” Wolff said.
