CB Richard Ellis‘ Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing Group has negotiated the sale of Twyckenham, a 200-unit apartment community in Lafayette, Ind., 45 miles northwest of Indianapolis.
CB Richard Ellis’ Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing Group represented the seller, Resource Residential, in the sale.
Twyckenham is situated near an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options offered within the twin cities of Lafayette and West Lafayette, Ind. Separated by the Wabash River, Lafayette’s sister-city, West Lafayette, is home to Purdue University, a major employer in the region and source of recreation, entertainment and cultural offerings for residents.
