The Commercial Board of Realtors — Michigan, along with Ford Land and Crain’s Detroit Business, recently held a look at the unique challenges and opportunities facing commercial real estate owners today.
Inside the Owners’ Minds, a panel discussion with commercial real estate owners in the Detroit area, was held May 31 at TechShop Detroit.
Speaking at the event were Rob Cory, director of commercial properties with Ford Land; Andy Farbman, chief executive officer of Farbman Group; Mike Piette, executive vice president of development with KIRCO; and Josh Suardini, vice president of Etkin.
Dan Duggan, deputy managing editor of Crain’s Detroit Business, moderated the event.
