CBRE has hired Ciana Carpenter as a senior transaction manager in Chicago. Carpenter is a licensed attorney and will join the high-performing tenant representation team of Brad Serot, Paul Reaumond, Ian Murphy and Tony Coglianese, who together have leased over 10 million square feet globally since 2020.
Ms. Carpenter brings nearly 10 years of commercial real estate and legal experience to the position and joins CBRE from Charles Schwab, where she served as a senior relationship manager and senior transaction manager.
Ms. Carpenter earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Iowa.
