CBRE brokers in the company’s Greater Cincinnati and New Jersey areas recently arranged an industrial lease expansion and renewal in Hebron, Ken., for Sandvik, a global providing of machining, mining and construction services.
Sandvik signed a 10-year renewal that includes a 61,855-square-foot expansion to occupy the remaining balance of the 160,947-square-foot building.
The company uses the site as its Americas Distribution Center.
Randy Eigen, first vice president in CBRE’s Saddle Brook, N.J., office worked with Josh Niederhelman, first vice president in CBRE’s Cincinnati office, to arrange the transaction.
