CBRE has arranged a new retail lease within River Pointe of Algonquin. Fun City Adventure Park will occupy 35,549 square feet in the grocery-anchored retail center located in Algonquin.
CBRE’s Joe Parrott and Sean McCourt represented River Pointe of Algonquin ownership, RPA Shopping Center Phase II, LLC, in the transaction.
Fun City Adventure Park is an indoor entertainment concept that offers a variety of entertainment activities that appeal to all ages including trampolines, laser tag, foam pits, bumper cars, arcades, ninja course, party rooms, and more.
According to data from Parrott’s team, retail anchor vacancies in the Chicago area have declined for the second straight year, with vacancies currently totaling 13.2 million square feet, down from 15.7 million square feet two years ago.
