CBRE announced Venture One Real Estate leased 60,025 SF at 927 North Shore Drive in Lake Bluff, Illinois, to Caterina Foods, LLC.
927 North Shore Drive is a completely renovated stand-alone site on over 3.5 acres near the intersections of routes 60 and 176 and I-94. The structure features 4,772 SF of office space, four interior docks and drive-in door and the site has room for 85 cars.
