The Detroit office of CBRE helped bring a new industrial tenant to the Gateway Industrial Center in Detroit.
Integrated Manufacturing and Assembly leased about 155,000 square feet of space from landlord Pacific Properties. The company will use the space to manufacture and assemble automobile seat components.
Randall Allman and Matt Osiecki of CBRE represented the landlord in this deal.
