CBRE has arranged the sale of Creekside Apartments, a 204-unit multifamily property in Plymouth. Heartland Realty Investors, Inc. purchased the property from Creekside Apartment Homes LLP for an undisclosed amount.
CBRE’s Keith Collins, Ted Abramson and Abe Appert represented the seller in the transaction.
Creekside Apartments is located at 200 Nathan Lane, proximate to the Interstate 394 and Highway 169 intersection and near over 2.2 million square feet of retail space across Ridgedale Trade and West End Retail Trade areas. Built in 2000, the property underwent significant unit and common area improvements over the past four years and features a range of one- and two-bedroom floor plans averaging 986 square feet.
Community and unit amenities include a community room, mezzanine workspaces, a fitness center, a virtual bike studio, outdoor grilling areas, in-unit washers and dryers and underground parking.
