CBRE arranged a 50,802-square-foot office lease for Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP at Dallas Arts Tower, a Class-A office tower at 2200 Ross Ave. in downtown Dallas.

The law firm relocated from Bank of America Plaza and will occupy floors 18 and 19 of the property.

CBRE’s Phil Puckett and Harlan Davis represented Carrington Coleman in lease negotiations. The landlord, Fortis Property Group, LLC, was represented by JJ Leonard of Partners Real Estate and Matt Wieser of Stream Realty.

Cory Shivar and Rachel Brennan with Turner & Townsend partnered with Carrington Coleman throughout the project, helping guide the firm’s workplace strategy, design and relocation process. The new office is designed to support the firm’s operations while providing a modern workplace environment for its attorneys, staff and clients.

Carrington Coleman is one of Texas’ most honored and respected full-service complex litigation and transactions law firms serving clients across the country in a wide variety of practice areas. There will be more than 100 employees based out of the firm’s new office.
