Brian Bush of CBRE recently represented Shaw Industries Inc. in the lease renewal of 37,800 square feet of industrial space located at 125 Enterprises Drive in Wentzville, Mo.
Shaw leased its space from Brentwood Clayton Trade Center.
In another Missouri deal, Paul Fusz and Holly Bishop of CBRE represented Wells Fargo in the sale of 127,609 square feet of retail space located at 5991 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St Charles, Mo., to Mid Rivers Investments Group.
