Butler Square and CBRE announced a new 38,000-square-foot office lease with Kipsu, a Frontline Customer Experience (FCX) software company. The company will move into its new location in January 2025, leasing space on the seventh floor of historic Butler Square, a 367,717-square-foot office building in downtown Minneapolis.
CBRE’s Ann Rinde, represented the landlord, Butler Properties, LLC, in the lease negotiations. CBRE’s Brandon Megal represented Kipsu.
Butler Square is located within the Warehouse District at 100 N. 6th St., just off Interstate 394 and proximate to several restaurants, retail outlets and entertainment venues including Target Field and Target Center. Built in 1906 and extensively renovated in 2020-2021, the nine-story building offers several amenities including bike storage, new shower rooms, on-site childcare, a tenant lounge, Skyway access, on-site security and a conference room with wireless connections and video and phone conference capabilities.
In addition to being one of the most sustainable buildings in downtown Minneapolis, the project is proud to be WELL Health-Safety Rated through the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), and also designated as a BOMA 360 Performance Building by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
