CBRE represented TransLoop, a logistics company, in securing a new Chicago headquarters at 350 N. Orleans Street in Chicago.
Following six consecutive record-breaking years—and the addition of 77 new team members in 2025 alone—TransLoop outgrew its prior Chicago headquarters in just over three years, prompting the company to nearly triple its footprint to 44,457 square feet.
The new office will allow the company to add up to 200new jobs in Chicago, while TransLoop continues to scale hiring across all of its office locations nationwide.
CBRE’s Brian McDonnell and Bill Sheehy represented TransLoop in the transaction.
TransLoop’s move to 350 North Orleans, after expanding to a 17,000-square-foot space just over three years ago, underscores the company’s dedication to creating an exceptional workplace for its expanding team. The new office, secured through a sublease from Gartner, delivers a modern, collaborative environment with expansive views of the Chicago River and is steps away from the city’s vibrant dining and entertainment scene.
