CBRE Hotels has helped The Alton Partnership sell the 135-room, 88,100-square-foot Atrium Hotel & Conference Center in Alton, Ill., to Alton Key Group, LLC. The property sold on March 10.
Brian Silberman and Stanley Wang with CBRE Hotels represented the owner in the transaction.
Atrium Hotel & Conference Center is the only hotel in the market with a full-service food and beverage operation and banquet hall.
