CBRE’s industrial team of Mike Lowe, Doug Whitten, Tim Schenke and Jason Williams helped DCT Industrial lease 156,000 square feet to Harmon in Cincinnati’s Port Union Commerce Park.
Located in the northern section of Cincinnati, the first phase of the development includes two buildings, one standing 546,000 square feet and a second 294,000 square feet.
With this lease to Harmon, both buildings are 100 percent occupied.
