CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle close office lease deal of nearly 90,000 square feet in Milwaukee

CBRE in February negotiated an office lease renewal of 89,725 square feet with Michael Best & Friedrich at 100 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee. The lease has a term of five years.

Steve Steinmeyer, Jack Keenan and Dan Jessup of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Michael Best in this transaction. Kevin Armstrong and Steve White of CBRE represented the landlord, CommonWealth REIT.
