Kevin Armstrong, a veteran Wisconsin real estate leader, has been named managing director and market leader for Wisconsin with CBRE. He will work out of CBRE’s Milwaukee office.

Armstrong succeeds Tim Brauer, who accepted an opportunity with The James Campbell Company, a national real estate investment and development company.

“Kevin Armstrong is one of Wisconsin’s most talented and experienced real estate professionals and is the right choice to lead CBRE operations in this most important market,” said Mike Gerard, president of CBRE’s Central Region. “CBRE has a strong service platform, exceptional professionals in every segment of the marketplace and with Kevin’s leadership we will be well-positioned for future growth.”

Armstrong has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
