Michael Schumaker is a new senior project manager for CBRE’s Northeast Ohio offices. He is now responsible for project management operations for the company’s Cleveland and Akron, Ohio, offices.
Schumaker brings 20 years of construction experience as a general contractor and owner’s representative to his new position.
Most recently, Schumaker worked with the Cuyahoga Metro Housing Authority, where he oversaw $20 million in Aerican Recovery and Reinvestment Act energy upgrades to 12 high-rise buildings and $30 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credit and neighborhood development projects.
