CBRE’s Workplace Strategy team developed a space utilization plan based on employee and executive surveys. The team determined that the property on Lacey Road would be a good fit for the company.
The new space will have a 6,000-square-foot technology showcase and demo facility for client engagement and a 5,000-square-foot research and development lab.
The firm is moving from a 40,000-square-foot facility in Itasca, Illinois.
