CBRE announced that Jon Springer of CBRE advisory and transaction services has been promoted to vice chairman—the highest title ranking among producers at the firm.

During his 19-year career, Springer has completed nearly 1,000 transactions and been involved in over 15 million square feet of transactions for clients that range from technology firms, healthcare users and financial firms. Springer focuses on representing tenants in their office lease transactions, specializing in business development and strategic planning including developing comprehensive real estate plans and implementing creative real estate solutions.

“Jon is a relentless advocate for those he works with,” said John A. Latessa Jr., president, Midwest division, CBRE. “This title signifies that elite level of commitment to his business and his clients.”

Since joining CBRE following its merger with Insignia/ESG, Springer has been a consistent top producer in Chicago. He is a three-time member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, recognizing the top 100 CBRE producers in the Americas and a 12-time member of the Top 200 CBRE producers worldwide.

“Jon’s drive for optimal client outcomes has pushed him to these current heights, said Kevin Collins, managing director of Chicago’s occupier practice group. “We are tremendously proud of his efforts and his success.”
