CBRE recently represented the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) in an 18,511-square-foot lease at 125 S. Wacker in Chicago. The association, which currently occupies 17,000 square feet at 200 W. Madison, will move to its new location in January of 2020, occupying a full floor and implementing a collaborative workspace plan.
Gregg Witt, senior vice president with CBRE, represented AADE in the transaction. CBRE’s Sara Spicklemire, senior vice president, Kelsey Scheive, vice president, and Kerry Middleton, associate, represented the landlord.
“This is a great move for AADE, which will benefit from the improved space, layout and environment of the new location,” said Witt. “The building has excellent amenities as well. AADE will be in a place it can grow and thrive for years to come.”
