The property is a 24,863-square-foot retail asset located at 1301 W. Madison St. In Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood. Block Y sold to an affiliate of Renaissance Capital for $13.6 million. The property is fully leased to three tenants on a long-term basis and offers 170 parking spaces.
The next 24 months will bring 20,000 new jobs to Fulton Market, along with 800 new hotel rooms and 3,500 new apartment units.
