CBRE recently represented Southtech Ridge LLC in the sale of Southtech Plaza I, an 115,043-square-foot industrial tech building in Bloomington, Minnesota, to Viking Partners Acquisitions, LLC.
Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, Tom Holtz and Bentley Smith of CBRE Minneapolis represented the seller in the transaction.
Constructed in 1986, Southtech Plaza I is located on James Avenue South, just west of Interstate 35W and south of Interstate 494. The property features 28 loading docks, 14-foot clear height and an overall 61 percent office finish.
