CBRE recently represented NYL Investors LLC in the sale of One MarketPointe, a 239,876-square-foot mid-rise office building in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, Tom Holtz, Judd Welliver and Bentley Smith of CBRE Minneapolis represented the seller in the transaction.
One MarketPointe is a six-story, Class-A office property on Market Pointe Drive that fronts Interstate-494. Developed by Ryan Companies in 2000, the LEED Gold building features a new work café, a conference and training center, outdoor patio and a car-charging station. The property is currently 94 percent occupied.
