CBRE’s Bill O’Connor and David Hesano, of the Investment Properties Team O’Connor-Hesano, recently closed on the sale of an 81,844-square-foot industrial property leased to Faurecia Automotive Seating, Inc. in Wentzville, Missouri.
At the time of the sale, this asset had just more than six years remaining on its lease.
The O’Connor-Hesano team successfully sold this property at more than 96 percent of the asking price.
