McTigue and Paul Diederich represented the AAD in its lease negotiations at O’Hare Gateway, which was represented by Dan Svachula and Jim Ward of Cushman & Wakefield. The ENA was represented by Terry Mostrom and Jon Azuley of Savills. the ENA will relocate from its current facility at 915 Lee St. in Des Plaines, Illinois.
As part of the property sale, CBRE negotiated a short-term leaseback of 930 E. Woodfield Rd by the AAD from the ENA to allow the AAD time to build-out its new space in Rosemont. The delayed move also gives the ENA time to design its plans for the building, which was originally built in 2003.
The move will mark a significant expansion for the ENA, which is relocating from a 25,000-square-foot facility in Des Plaines. After the AAD relocates in April, the ENA will begin a significant built-out and rebranding of the Schaumburg property.
