The Cincinnati-Indianapolis Multi-Housing Group of CBRE negotiated the sale of the Four Towers Apartments on the west side of Cincinnati.
The selers, represented by CBRE, were the heirs of the original developer of the apartments. A local private apartment operator who owns other assets in the greater Cincinnati MSA purchased the Four Towers.
