CBRE closed the sale of the 180-room downtown Indianapolis Hampton Inn. Peachtree Hotel Group acquired the property from 105 S. Meridian Inc. A purchase price was not disclosed.
CBRE Hotels’ Brian Silberman, Scott Miller, Paul DeLucia, Matt McClure and Jack Silberman represented the owner, 105 S. Meridian Inc in the sale.
Located at 105 S. Meridian Street, the hotel is positioned by Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Indiana Convention Center, Circle Center, and Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indianapolis. Situated in an Opportunity Zone, the transaction also included a parcel of land that Peachtree plans on developing in the future.
