CBRE has arranged the sale of Miracle Hills Corporate Center, which is made up of two office buildings in Omaha, Nebraska, to Lockwood Development.
CBRE’s Steve Sheppard and Seth Campbell represented the seller, Intrado Corporation, in the transaction. The buyers represented themselves.
The two buildings include the four-story, 148,552-square-foot 11650 Miracle Hills Drive and the four-story, 97,839-square-foot 11808 Miracle Hills Drive. The center also includes a 900-plus stall parking structure. The campus provides convenient access to Dodge Street and Interstate 80.
Lockwood Development is planning an extensive remodel of 11808 and is currently working with several groups to lease the vacant space. The building features several best-in-class amenities including a large auditorium, a workout facility, conference rooms and a large number of underground/garage parking stalls.
