CBRE recently closed the sale of the Rodeway Inn & Suites in Eau Claire, Wis.
This lender-owned asset was sold at auction on March 26. The hotel includes more than 40,000 square feet and has 63 rooms. It also includes a business center, indoor heated pool, game room, high-speed Internet access and a picnic area.
