CBRE has been awarded the office leasing assignment for 2301 McGee, a 211,003-square-foot Class-A office building in the Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
CBRE’s Mike Klamm and Travis Gage will market the property on behalf of the owner, Crown Center Redevelopment Corporation, a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, Inc.
“We are very excited to grow our strong relationship with Hallmark and Crown Center Redevelopment with the agency leasing assignment at 2301 McGee,” said Klamm. “We are confident our technology, reach, and enthusiasm in partnership with Crown Center will prove successful in leasing up this great office asset.”
In addition to the newly announced office leasing, existing CBRE assignments at Crown Center include agency retail leasing for the 300,000-square-foot Crown Center Shops by Chris Newkirk and global transaction management for Hallmark Cards, Inc. including its affiliates, led by Melissa Augustine.
