CBRE Group, Inc. is now providing property management services to Equity Commonwealth for two properties in the Cleveland area, the North Point Office Complex and Raintree Industrial Park.
The properties are part of a 41.2 million-square-foot property portfolio across the country that CBRE is now managing. The engagement is one of the largest third-party property management assignments in the U.S. commercial real estate industry.
CBRE is providing property management and other related services for 145 Equity Commonwealth-owned properties across 30 states and the District of Columbia.
