CBRE has been retained to market a 60,000-square-foot speculative office redevelopment at 2100 Swift Road in Oak Brook, Illinois.

Schaumburg-based REM Builders recently initiated the project and plans for delivery in late 2016. The three-story building will be stripped down to the columns and completely rebuilt to Class A quality.

Located in the highly-desirable Oak Brook submarket, the development at 2100 Swift Road, a former call center, will have completely new interiors, exteriors, mechanical systems, plumbing, windows, landscaping, washrooms and a redesigned showcase lobby, as well as an outdoor amenity deck.

Jeffrey Mann and Pete Adamo of CBRE will market the property for lease on behalf of REM.
