Starwood Capital has retained CBRE to handle the leasing duties for a six-property mall portfolio, including malls in Nebraska, Ohio and Illinois.
The Midwest malls in the portfolio are Chicago Ridge Mall and Louis Joliet Mall in Chicago; Gateway Mall in Lincoln, Neb.; and Southpark Mall in Cleveland.
“This assignment underscores the depth and breadth of our retail platform and the confidence our clients have in our market professionals,” said Todd Caruso, senior managing director of CBRE’s retail owner/agency practice.
