CBRE|Martin recently helped close the sale of the former Lansing Fire Station #7 in Lansing, Mich.
The station was retired from service by the fire department in 2011. It then sat vacant for several years before the city of Lansing listed all three of its idle fire stations for sale with CBRE.
Office advisors Eric Rosekrans and Thomas Jamieson were the CBRE brokers who found a buyer for Fire Station #7.
Buyers Daniel Luke and Anne Carrigan pln to convert the former station into a residence. The two-story station is 3,919 square feet and was built in the 1930s.
