Max Holter has joined the St. Louis office of CBRE as an associate on the retail team.
Holter spent the last year providing leasing services to a national financial services retailer.
“We are excited to welcome Max to CBRE’s retail team,” said Paul Fusz, vice president with CBRE. “We have seen rapid growth in 2012, and we anticipate more of the same in 2013. Max’s addition is in direct response to the increased tenant representation and landlord business CBRE has won over the past year.”
