The Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) and the CCIM Michigan Chapter scored a home run with its Trending in CRE 2025 event at Comerica Park’s Tiger Club in Detroit on May 8.

This premier event brought together industry leaders, visionaries, and experts Bob Knakal, Bo Barron, and Adam Palmer to discuss the latest trends shaping Commercial Real Estate.

The attendees were energized by the presentations and the “Bases Loaded” segment including Bob, Bo, and Adam was the highlight of the event.  Attendees learned about navigating AI in CRE  and how incredibly important the personal touch is that encompasses the industry.

The key takeaway was that AI is a gift.  If learned and used proactively, it will take business to the next level.  Those that are resistant to AI will strike out.
