Anthony Thompson, chief executive officer and chairman of the board for KWAME Building Group in St. Louis, has earned the Award of Distinction from the Missouri Community College Association. The annual award is given to individuals who display a strong commitment to their local community college.
Thompson was recognized for his 19 years of service to the St. Louis Community College Foundation.
Thompson has been a member of the foundation’s board of directors since 2006. He has served on its Strategic Planning, Scholarship, Finance and Audit and Fundraising committees. He is also a member of the Chancellor’s Corporate Advisory Board.
