Ted Seldin, chairman emeritus of Omaha’s Seldin Company, has been named the 2015 Housing Champion of the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority.
The award recognizes those individuals or organizations that work to provide affordable housing to the residents of Nebraska.
Seldin is past member of the boards of directors of the Greater Omaha Housing Community Development Corporation, Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Omaha Community Foundation. He is past president of the Metropolitan Omaha Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders. He was also inducted into the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce Business Hall of Fame.
