The Chicago chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) recently named their new executive board officers for the year 2020. Tom Boyle, SIOR, vice president, Lee & Associates, will lead the organization, which includes nearly 200 of the top office and industrial real estate brokers in the Chicago market.
Additional board members include Adam Marshall, SIOR, CCIM, senior managing director, Newmark Knight Frank, who will serve as chapter vice president; Sam Badger, SIOR, senior vice president, CBRE, who will serve as chapter secretary; Chris Gary, SIOR, executive vice president, NAI Hiffman, who will serve as chapter treasurer; Peter Billmeyer, SIOR, co-founder and managing principal, Bespoke Commercial Real Estate, who will serve as director at large and Dan Benassi, SIOR, principal, Entre Commercial Realty, who will serve as recruitment chair.
