The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) recently named its new executive board officers for the year 2021. Adam Marshall, SIOR, CCIM, senior managing director, Newmark, will lead the organization, which includes 170 of the top office and industrial real estate brokers in the Chicago market.
Additional board members include Sam Badger, SIOR, senior vice president, CBRE, who will serve as chapter vice president; Peter Billmeyer, SIOR, co-founder and managing principal, Bespoke Commercial Real Estate, who will serve as chapter secretary; Chris Gary, SIOR, executive vice president, NAI Hiffman, who will serve as chapter treasurer; and John Cassidy, SIOR, principal, Lee & Associates, who will serve as director-at-large; and Tom Boyle, SIOR, principal, Lee & Associates, who will serve as recruitment chair.
