The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) is pleased to report that the members of the SIOR Chicago Chapter have donated a total of $15,000 to make 28 Trunk Scholarships possible as part of the Ada S. McKinley College-Bound Trunk Scholarship program in 2021. The scholarships are provided to students typically from the West and South sides of Chicago; each scholarship winner is selected based on an essay contest and a demonstration of financial need.
2021 marks the 11th year of the Chapter’s support of this worthwhile charitable initiative. Each trunk is valued at $500, and includes such living and learning essentials college-bound honorees need to begin their journey as new laptops, earbuds, backpacks, dorm room essentials, school supplies, and more.
