Nate Gautsche with Chicago Real Estate Resources’ commercial office has represented a local buyer in the acquisition of a value-add retail investment located in Lakeview’s Southport Retail Corridor at 3722-26 N. Southport Ave. The three storefronts totaled 3,828 SF, two of which were leased at the time of sale to Snippet’s Mini-Cuts and Edible Arrangements. This sale ends foreclosure proceedings that were initiated in August 2012.
