NAI Hiffman has assisted Chicago Title Land Trust Co. in the sale of their 3,200-square-foot building to Tom Coutretsis, a Long Grove restaurateur. The single-story building is situated on 2.75 acres of land located at 795 West Dundee Road in Palatine.
