Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate president Randy Olczyk and senior vice president Ray Okigawa represented Wistron Mobile Solutions in the office transaction. Brian Borkan of BKB Commercial represented sub-lessee Group Administrators, LTD. There remains one sublease space of 6,246 square feet still available within the building. This fully furnished sublease has three private offices, two large conference rooms and open space containing 34 cubicles which can be included for any new sub-tenant.
