Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate, Inc. recently completed three office leases totaling 12,775 square feet within the city of Chicago. Two of the transactions were for space in the Loop and the third was in Chicago’s desirable River North neighborhood.
In the first transaction, Chicagoland Commercial represented new tenant, MDLIVE, in securing a seven-year lease of 7,554 square feet of Class A office space at 500 W. Madison Street. Chicagoland Commercial president, Randy Olczyk, represented the telemedicine provider in the lease transaction. Matt Lerner of Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership, KBS Realty Advisors, in the recently signed lease.
In the second office lease transaction, senior vice president Ray Okigawa represented Japan America Society of Chicago Inc. in a five-year lease renewal of 1,952 square at One North LaSalle Street. The landlord, Bridge Investmetn Group, was represented by Melissa Rubenstein of JLL.
In the final transaction, Olczyk and Okigawa facilitated a new, five-year lease of 3,294 square feet of office space at 314 W. Institute Place in the River North area for Spartan Logistics Services, an in-house transportation provider for a Chicago-based food distributor that has since expanded into a full-service third-party logistics company. Justin Kessler and Craig Nadborne of Bradford Allen Realty Services represented the landlord, Elmdale Partners.
