Chicago’s Brennan Investment Group, LLC, a private real estate investment firm that acquires and operates industrial properties on a national basis, recently acquired 1680 Carillon Boulevard in Forest Park, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati.
The 149,760-square-foot institutional-quality facility was designed and constructed for National Bedding Company, LLC (“NBC”) in 2004 under a long-term net lease. NBC uses the facility to assemble and distribute Serta mattresses. The acquisition also included additional land for future expansion of the building.
“This acquisition is illustrative of Brennan Investment Group’s philosophy of acquiring functional, critical use, industrial assets in major metropolitan markets throughout the United States,” said Scott McKibben, Midwest managing principal and co-founder of Brennan Investment Group. “Brennan Investment Group is now actively pursuing many individual properties and portfolios in markets in Los Angeles, the Texas Triangle, Central Florida and the Midwest.”
