Chicago’s First Western Properties has made two key hires.
Stan Rivas will specialize in investment sales and retail leasing at First Western Properties. He recently worked in the Los Angeles office of Marcus & Millichap. Rivas is now returning to Chicago, bringing along with him several West Coast buyers looking to invest in the Midwest.
Laryssa Moros, who brings more than 11 years experience to First Western, will focus on retail leasing and landlord/tenant representation. She most recently worked as a principal with Sierra US in Chicago.
